Our business and these terms

Guided by Faith Books at guidedbyfaithbooks.com is operated by Danda Enterprises Inc., an Ohio business, with Whittendale Press as its publishing imprint. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Danda Enterprises Inc. Contact us at Danda5760@gmail.com.

These terms describe use of our website and purchases from our business. Please review the product description, our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the applicable checkout information before paying. Our store is intended for adults purchasing for themselves, their families, or their students.

Products and prices

We offer historical fiction and accompanying Student Guides and Teacher Manuals. A print edition is a physical book. An EPUB or PDF is a digital file, not a shipped book. The product listing identifies the format, edition, and materials included. Please check the title and format before ordering.

Prices are in United States dollars unless checkout expressly identifies another currency. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the final total are shown during checkout before payment. The price and conditions shown for your order apply to that purchase; later price changes do not alter completed purchases.

Provide accurate contact and delivery information. If a material error affects an order's price, availability, or description, we will contact you about a correction or cancellation rather than charge an additional amount without your agreement. Any amount due back following cancellation will be refunded through the applicable payment process.

Historical fiction may combine historical settings or events with fictional characters and scenes. Educational materials support teaching and discussion; we do not promise a particular learning outcome or approval by a school or accrediting authority.

Print ordering and delivery

Our print purchase links open Lulu Direct Checkout. Lulu handles checkout, applicable shipping and tax calculations, printing, and shipping. Stripe processes payments in that checkout. Lulu's guidance states that Lulu appears as the merchant on the card statement for this checkout flow. Provider terms and notices presented at checkout also apply to their services.

We remain your seller and customer-service contact. Email Danda5760@gmail.com with your order number for questions or problems. We coordinate with Lulu when needed; you do not need to resolve a production issue with Lulu on your own.

Print books are produced on demand. Available destinations, shipping options, charges, and estimated timing are provided through checkout. Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly offered as such for your order.

Digital ordering and delivery

These provisions apply when a digital product is available to purchase through our website store. A digital purchase includes the file format stated in its listing, such as EPUB or PDF. It does not include a printed book unless the listing expressly says so.

Following successful payment, the store emails a download link to the address provided at checkout. Any download-link expiration is stated with the product or delivery information. Save the file before its link expires. Expiration does not erase a file already downloaded or prevent that file from being copied. These are ordinary downloadable files; we do not describe them as copy-proof or locked to a particular reader.

You need a compatible device and software to open the stated format. Check compatibility before ordering. If you do not receive a download email, check your spam folder and contact Danda5760@gmail.com with your order number. Contact us as well for a missing, corrupted, or incorrect file, or for help with an expired link. Please do not email payment card details.

Copyright and permitted use

Copyright in the books, artwork, educational materials, and website content belongs to the applicable rights holders. Buying a copy does not transfer copyright. Rights provided by applicable law, including applicable fair-use rights, remain unaffected.

A digital novel is supplied for personal reading, not redistribution. You may keep a private backup and use the purchased file on your own compatible devices. You may not post or distribute copies of the file to others except as permitted by law or a separate permission from the rights holder.

Each purchased Student Guide or Teacher Manual covers either one household or one teacher's classroom. You may make working copies of student activity pages and pages expressly marked for student use for children in that household or students in that classroom. The purchasing adult may keep a private working copy and backup of a purchased digital file. Teacher Manual answer keys are for the purchasing adult's instructional use, not general distribution to students.

This guide and manual permission does not cover multiple households, multiple teachers or classrooms, an entire co-op or school, public posting, or resale of reproduced copies. Do not distribute the complete digital guide or manual to other households, teachers, or students. Contact us for permission for broader use. This permission applies to content we control; separate rights notices on third-party content govern that content.

Except as permitted by law or the stated license, do not upload digital files to public websites or shared repositories, resell copies of the files, or remove copyright notices. These restrictions on digital copying do not restrict lawful resale of a purchased physical book.

Website use and privacy

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with the website, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person's information. We may take reasonable steps to protect the website from unlawful activity or security threats. These steps do not remove your rights in a completed purchase or permit us to retain payment for goods we do not supply.

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Other services involved in checkout have their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

Order problems and changes

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how we handle order problems, cancellations, and refunds. Contact Danda5760@gmail.com if you need assistance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. Updates do not retroactively change the terms of a completed purchase. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will be provided or obtained.
